核地学行业研究生人才培养体系的构建与实践 被引量:1

摘要 紧跟国家战略需求与高等教育发展新态势,东华理工大学依托核地学行业“服务国家特殊需求博士人才培养项目”和核资源与环境国家重点实验室等平台,在实施科研项目的同时,积极开展研究生能力培养的教学改革和实践探索,构建了“四层次”梯次递进、“四类型”人才需求的培养体系,即“基本技能训练-综合能力开发-创新能力培养-组织管理能力提升”的梯次递进对应“实验型人才-工程型人才-创新型人才-领军型人才”多层次人才需求的人才培养体系,为核地学领域培养了综合素质高、专业能力强、国际视野宽、管理水平高的多层次高端人才。 Closely following the national strategic needs and the new trend of higher education development,East China University of Technology actively carried out teaching reform and practical exploration of postgraduate ability training while implementing scientific research projects,relying on platforms such as the“doctoral talent training project serving national special needs”in the nuclear geoscience industry and the State Key Laboratory of Nuclear Resources and Environment.The four levels-four types of talent cultivating system were developed.To be specific,with this talent cultivating system,which is experimental talents by basic skill training,engineering talents by comprehensive ability cultivating,innovative talents by innovative ability training,and leading talents by organizing and management ability promotion,multi-level high-end talents with good comprehensive quality,strong professional ability,wide international vision and high management level have been trained for the need of nuclear geoscience industry.
