考虑风光出力相关性和碳排放限额的多能互补虚拟电厂的调度策略 被引量:15

Scheduling Strategy for Multi-energy Complementary Virtual Power Plant Considering the Correlation Between Wind and Solar Output and Carbon Emission Quota

摘要 随着流域型清洁能源开发新模式的形成,亟需开展考虑风光出力相关性和不确定性的多种能源协调调度策略的研究。基于Frank-Copula理论形成考虑风光出力相关性和不确定性的场景生成方法,得到多场景风光出力曲线。引入最大碳排放限额作为边际条件,建立多种能源互补的虚拟电厂日前调度模型,使调度结果兼顾环境效益和经济性,并采用遗传算法进行求解。算例验证表明,所建模型和所提策略减少了风光单独出力的波动性影响,提高虚拟电厂的经济性,降低弃风弃光量,并且实现功率与调节能力的互补。最后,基于灵敏度分析证明合理设置最大碳排放限额可以优化各类电源出力的比例,使虚拟电厂的调度兼顾经济性和环境效益。 With the formation of novel development modes for watershed-type clean energy,the research on coordinated scheduling strategies for multiple energy sources is urgently needed considering the correlation between wind and solar output and uncertainties.Based on the Frank-Copula theory,a scenario generation method that considers the correlation between wind and solar output and uncertainties is formed in this paper,and a multi-scenario wind-solar output curve is obtained.The maximum carbon emission quota is introduced as the marginal condition,and a day-ahead scheduling model of multi-energy complementary virtual power plant(VPP)is established,so that the scheduling results strike a balance between environmental benefits and economy.In addition,this model is solved by the genetic algorithm.The validation by an example demonstrates that the established model and proposed strategy reduce the fluctuating influence of wind and solar output alone,improve the economy of the VPP,reduce the amount of wind and solar abandonment,and achieve the complementarity of power output and regulation capabilities.Finally,on the basis of sensitivity analy⁃sis,it is proved that the output ratio of various power sources can be optimized by setting a reasonable maximum carbon emission quota,which makes the scheduling of the VPP take into account both the economy and environmental benefits at the same time.
