摘要
分布式电源的规模化接入给配电网安全稳定运行带来挑战,将导致故障电流的流向由单向流动变为双向流动,传统的单源辐射状配电网故障定位方法已不再适用。为此,提出一种含分布式电源的主动配电网分层定位方法。首先,建立了含分布式电源的主动配电网故障信息编码方式及开关函数。然后,通过分析故障位置对开关函数的影响机理,建立了基于端口定位及区段定位的分层故障定位模型。针对此模型,提出了基于改进遗传算法以及整数线性规划算法的混合求解策略。最后,在改进IEEE 33节点主动配电网上进行仿真。结果表明,所提分层故障定位模型及求解算法能够大幅降低变量搜索维度,加快求解速度,同时具有较高的准确性和容错性,验证了所提模型和算法的有效性和优越性。
The large-scale access of distributed generations(DGs)brings a challenge to the safe and stable operation of distribution network,which will cause the flow direction of fault current to change from one-way flow to two-way flow.As a result,the traditional fault location method for single-source radial distribution network is no longer applicable.To solve this problem,a hierarchical fault location method for the active distribution network with DGs is proposed in this paper.First,the fault information coding mode and switching function of the active distribution network with DGs are es⁃tablished.Then,by analyzing the influence mechanism of fault location on the switching function,a hierarchical fault location model based on port and segment locations is established.For this model,a hybrid solving strategy based on im⁃proved genetic algorithm and integer linear programming algorithm is proposed.Finally,simulations are carried out on an improved IEEE 33-node active distribution network,and results show that the proposed hierarchical fault location model and its solving algorithm can greatly reduce the variable search dimension,accelerate the solving speed,and have high accuracy and fault tolerance at the same time,which verifies their effectiveness and superiority.
