计及充电负荷价格响应的配电网扩容规划方法 被引量:1

摘要 随着电动汽车EV(electric vehicle)保有量攀升,配电网扩容已成为应对高比例EV充电负荷接入的一种有效手段。考虑EV用户对充电价格的敏感性,提出一种计及充电负荷价格响应的配电网扩容规划方法。该方法是一个双层协同优化模型,其中上层考虑EV用户对补偿价格的响应,建立配电网扩容规划模型,以年总投资运行成本最小为目标,优化线路型号及充电补偿价格;下层建立基于补偿价格的EV充放电行为优化模型,以充电成本最小为目标优化EV充放电功率。算例结果表明,所提方法通过补偿价格可有效引导EV的充电负荷,减少配电网年总投资运行成本。 With the increasing penetration of electric vehicles(EVs),the capacity expansion of distribution network is recognized as an effective means to accommodate the high proportion of EV charging load.Based on the sensitivity of EV users to charging prices,a capacity expansion planning method for distribution network considering the price re⁃sponse of charging load is proposed.This method is a bi-level coordinated optimization model.At the upper level,by in⁃troducing the response of EV users to the compensation price,a capacity expansion planning model of distribution net⁃work is constructed with the objective of minimizing the annual investment and operating costs,thus optimizing the types of lines as well as the compensation price for charging.At the lower level,an EV charging-discharging behavior optimization model based on the compensation price is built with the objective of minimizing the charging cost,thereby optimizing the EV charging-discharging power.Finally,the result of a numerical example shows that the proposed meth⁃od can effectively guide the EV charging load through the compensation price and reduce the annual investment and op⁃eration cost of distribution network.
