探索治黔之法:清代贵州巡抚田雯及其《黔书》述评

Exploring the Methods of Governing Guizhou:A Commentary on Tian Wen(田雯)and his Qianshu Book(《黔书》)

清康熙二十九年,贵州巡抚田雯撰《黔书》,被誉为“治黔者法”之专书。文章详细地分析其书的内容和思想,尤其把田雯治黔思想放在明清长时段中去分析其历史价值,于今之治黔者有可借鉴之处。文章还对包括田雯在内的明清地方大员在治黔过程中所触及的贵州历史文化的区域性和复杂性,进行了思考和论述。

In the 29th year of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty,Tian Wen(田雯),governor of Guizhou,wrote The Qianshu(《黔书》),which was reputed as the special book of the method of governing Guizhou.To analyze the contents and thoughts in this book,especially to analyze the historical value of Tian Wen's thoughts on the governance of Guizhou in the long period of Ming and Qing dynasties,which can be used for reference by the rulers of Guizhou until today.This paper also makes a long-term consideration and discussion of the regionality and complexity of Guizhou's history and culture,which were touched by the local officials of Ming and Qing Dynasties,including Tian Wen,in their course of ruling Guizhou.
