高质量推进太行山燕山生态修复对策研究

Research on Solutions to Promoting the High-quality Development of Ecological Restoration in Taihang Yanshan Mountains

“山水林田湖草”生态保护与修复是区域经济社会可持续发展的必然要求。近年来,太行山燕山积极探索矿山、农田、草原、河流和山地等自然生态系统的修复方法,取得了积极成效,但也暴露出一些深层问题,本文在深入调研的基础上,坚持问题导向,提出评估先行、科学规划、创新机制、分类推进,以可持续发展为核心,以六大体系为支撑,系统推进太行山燕山生态修复的对策建议。

The ecological conservation and restoration of“mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grass⁃es”is an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of regional economy and society.In recent years,restoration methods of natural ecosystems including mines,farmlands,grasslands,rivers and mountains of Taihang Yanshan Mountains have been actively explored,which has achieved positive results and but also exposed some deep-seated problems.On the basis of in-depth surveys,this paper,problem-oriented,puts forward the solution proposals of the evaluation first,scientific planning,mechanism innovation,classified advancement,sustainable de⁃velopment as the core,six big systems as the support,and systematical promotion of the ecological restoration of Tai⁃hang Yanshan Mountains.
