旅游发展感知对澳门居民满意度和行为意向的影响研究

Research on the Impact of the Perception of Tourism Development on the Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention of Macao Residents

旅游发展与旅游目的地居民间影响关系对旅游产业发展、社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。本研究针对澳门本地居民的旅游发展感知与其满意度、支持旅游行为意向构建研究模型,探索各因素之间关系。研究显示:居民正向影响感知对居民满意度、支持行为意向有正向显著影响;居民满意度对支持行为意向有正向显著影响,满意度在正向影响感知与支持行为意向间起部分中介作用;居民负向影响感知对支持旅游行为意向有负向显著影响,居民负向影响感知对居民满意度影响不明显。澳门在建设世界旅游休闲中心过程中,要降低阻碍旅游发展的负向影响,实现旅游经济和社会可持续发展,进一步作好中国开放的窗口和桥梁。

Influencing relationships between tourism development and residents of tourist destinations are of great significance to social harmony and stability as well as development of tourism industry.This study constructs a research model based on Macao residents’perceptions of tourism development,their satisfaction and behavioral in⁃tentions of supporting tourism to explore the relationship among these factors.The results show that residents’per⁃ception of positive influence has a significant positive impact on residents’satisfaction and supportive behavior in⁃tentions;residents’satisfaction has a significant positive influence on the intention of supporting behavior,and sat⁃isfaction plays a mediating part between the perception of positive influence and the intention of supporting behav⁃ior;residents’perception of negative influence has a significant negative influence on their behavioral intention to support tourism,while residents’perception of negative influence has no obvious influence on their satisfaction.In the process of building the world tourism and leisure center,Macao should reduce the negative influence to hinder tourism development and realize the sustainable development of tourist economy and society so as to better act as the window and bridge of China’s openness.
