Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome:one case report

摘要 患者女性,27岁,小学学历。因双下肢红肿伴疼痛1月余,于2020年8月12日至我院皮肤科门诊就诊。患者1个月前无明显诱因出现双下肢红肿,伴疼痛,自行就诊当地卫生所,予头孢曲松(具体剂量不详)静脉滴注11天后效果欠佳,红肿持续加重、红肿范围扩大,为求进一步诊断与治疗至我院就诊。患者左侧肢体轻瘫。
