The importance of medical photography education in training orthopedic clinical thinking ability

摘要 目的:总结医学摄影教育的现状,探讨医学摄影教育在骨科临床思维培养中的价值。方法:通过大量阅读与医学摄影教育相关的文献,结合本课题组规范化医学摄影教育的临床实践经验,探讨医学摄影教育的现状及其在骨科临床工作中的地位。结果:医学摄影教育在摄影作品解读与应用、摄影理论与实践等方面对骨科临床教学有重要的促进作用。近年来,骨科医学摄影在用光、体位和构图策略及摄影技术要点等方面已取得长足发展,但缺乏完整的理论体系、师资力量与考核标准,故仍有较大发展空间。结论:未来骨科医学摄影教育应当从夯实摄影理论基础、注重理论与实践结合、关注人文素养和医德医风建设等方面入手,在加强学生临床思维能力的同时提升人文素养,为骨科培养高素质的综合人才。 Objective:To summarize the present situation of medical photography education and to explore the value of medical photography education in the cultivation of orthopedic clinical thinking.Methods:Through reading huge amount of literature related to medical photography education and combining with the clinical practice of standerdized medical photography education in our research group,this ariticle discusses the present situation of medical photography education and its status in orthopedic clinical work.Results:Medical photography education promotes orthopedic clinical teaching in multiple aspects including the theory,practice,analysis and utilization of photography.Although orthopedic medical photography has made great progress in illumination,positioning,composition and photographic techniques,the education of medical photography towards orthopedists still lacks a complete theoratic system,teaching faculty,criteria of assessment and so on.Thus,there remains rosy prospect.Conclusion:Orthopedic medical photography eduction should focus on laying a solid foundation of photographic theory,combining theory with practice and building up humanity and medical ethics.Besides,it will also improve the clinical thinking ability of students during the traning and consequently cultivate qualified talents for orthopedics.
