微信视频健康教育对磁控胶囊胃镜受检者的依从性及满意度的影响

Analysis of the effect of WeChat video health education on the compliance and satisfaction of magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy subjects

目的:探讨微信视频健康教育对磁控胶囊胃镜受检者依从性及满意度的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—12月于体检中心行磁控胶囊胃镜检查的150例受检者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组采取常规书面资料健康教育,观察组采取微信视频健康教育。比较两组焦虑程度、检查依从性、胃内清洁度、医生诊断率及受检者满意度。结果:观察组焦虑程度低于对照组,检查依从性、胃内清洁优良率、医生诊断率及受检者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微信视频健康教育能够减轻磁控胶囊胃镜受检者焦虑程度,提升检查依从性及胃内清洁度,促进胃镜检查的顺利进行,有利于提高医生诊断率及受检者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of WeChat video health education on compliance and satisfaction of magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy subjects.Methods:All 150 subjects who underwent magnetic control capsule gastroscopy in the medical examination center from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group took regular written information health education,and the test group took WeChat video health education.Compare the two groups’anxiety,examination compliance,gastric cleanliness,doctor’s diagnosis rate and subject satisfaction.Results:The anxiety level of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the examination compliance,gastric cleansing excellent rate,doctor diagnosis rate and subject satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat video health education can reduce the anxiety of magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy subjects,improve examination compliance and gastric cleanliness,which is conducive to the progress of gastroscopy,and the diagnosis rate and satisfaction of doctors are higher.
