复杂动态系统理论与二语口语习得和产出研究

CDST and the Study of Second Language Speech Acquisition and Production

复杂动态系统理论对二语习得研究具有举足轻重的作用。本文基于复杂动态理论,以二语口语习得和产出为例,依次探讨了复杂动态系统的几个主要特征:对初始条件的依赖、各个子系统间的联结、非线性发展、在内部重组和与环境的互动中变化以及对内部资源和外部资源的依赖。最后提出了复杂动态系统对二语口语习得和产出以及教学研究的启示。

This thesis is based on CDST(Complex Dynamic Systems Theory),a theory of crucial importance in the studies of second language acquisition.Several major features of CDST are discussed from the perspective of second language speech acquisition and production,which include reliance on initial conditions,interconnectedness between subsystems,nonlinearity in development,change through internal reorganization and interaction with the environment,and dependence on internal and external resources.Finally,the enlightenment of CDST on the acquisition and production as well as on teaching and research of second language is proposed.
