摘要
与齐聚聚α-烯烃相比,茂金属聚α-烯烃(mPAOs)具有更高的黏度指数,更好的剪切安定性,更好的流变性和更好的低温性能。随着现代齿轮向着体积小,重量轻,高速重载和高效率的方向发展,对齿轮油的性能也提出更高的要求,对聚α-烯烃合成齿轮油的需求也在不断增加。对国产mPAO100在合成齿轮油中的应用进行了研究,考察mPAO100替代进口齐聚PAO(Syn100)调配长城AP合成齿轮油的可行性,以期改变高黏度PAO主要依赖进口的局面。研究证明,用mPAO100替代Syn100调配的AP合成齿轮油不仅完全能满足齿轮油的性能要求,而且在黏温特性,抗乳化性能,抗氧化性能和润滑性能等方面更具优势,实现了合成齿轮油高黏度PAO的国产化,具有良好的社会效益。
Comparing with oligomerized poly-α-olefins,metallocene poly-α-olefins(mPAOs)had better viscosity index,better shear stability,better rheological characteristics and better low temperature performance.With the development of modern gear towards small volume,light weight,high speed,heavy load and high efficiency,the performances of gear oils were also put forward higher requirements and the demand for PAO synthetic gear oils were also increasing.The application of domestic mPAO100 in synthetic gear oils was studied.The feasibility of using mPAO100 instead of imported oligomerized PAO(Syn100)to prepare Great Wall AP synthetic gear oils was investigated in order to change the situation that high-viscosity PAOs mainly depended on import.The research results showed that the AP synthetic gear oils formulated with mPAO100 instead of Syn100 could not only fully meet the performance requirements of gear oils,but also had more advantages in viscosity temperature characteristics,demulsibility,antioxidative performance and lubricity.The localization of synthetic gear oils with high viscosity PAO in China was realized,which had good social benefits.
