库欣综合征妊娠期一例报道

Cushing’s syndrome during pregnancy:a case report

库欣综合征(CS)可干扰正常卵泡发育导致不孕。目前CS妊娠期的研究少见。本文报道1例CS妊娠期患者,术后病理证实为肾上腺腺瘤,术后血皮质醇下降,口服糖皮质激素替代补充治疗疗效肯定,并对CS妊娠期原因进行复习和归纳,以早期发现CS妊娠期,改善患者生活质量。

Cushing’s syndrome can interfere with normal follicular development and lead to infertility.There are few reports about Cushing’s syndrome during pregnancy.This paper reported a case of Cushing’s syndrome in pregnancy.The adrenal adenoma was confirmed by postoperative pathology.The serum cortisol decreased after surgery.The curative effect of oral glucocorticoid replacement therapy was confirmed.The rare causes of Cushing’s syndrome in pregnancy were reviewed and summarized in order to improve the early identification of Cushing’s syndrome in pregnancy and the quality of life in patients.
