摘要
建立了柱后衍生-离子色谱法测定纺织染整助剂产品中六价铬的分析方法。采用pH为8.0±0.1的三水磷酸氢二甲缓冲溶液作为提取液,通过超声波提取,采用1,5-二苯碳酰二肼作为柱后衍生试剂,使用TLD检测器对六价铬含量进行测定。结果表明,六价铬在5~100μg/L质量浓度范围有较好的线性关系,相关系数r为1.000 0;该方法检出限为0.07μg/L;在表面活性剂、消泡剂和功能整理剂3种样品基质中的加标回收率为97.8%~100.1%,精密度为1.0%~4.4%。该方法具有操作简便、快速和准确等优点,方法灵敏度高,重复性好,适用于对纺织染整助剂中六价铬的检测。
The determination method of hexavalent chromium in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliary by ion chromatography with post-column derivatization was established,dipotassium hydrogen phosphate trihydrate buffer solution with 8.0±0.1 p H value as extract,1,5-diphenyl-carbazide as derivative reagent after column by ultrasonic wave extraction,using TLD detector to determine the content of hexavalent chromium.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of hexavalent chromium in the range of 5~100μg/L,and the correlation coefficient was 1.0000,with 0.07μg/L detection limitation.The recoveries in the surfactant,defoaming agent and functional finishing agent were97.8%~100.1%with 1.0%~4.4%precision.The method has the advantages of simple,rapid and accurate operation,high sensitivity and good repeatability.It is suitable for the determination of hexavalent chromium in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliators.
