水温及测试环境温湿度对织物泼水性能的影响研究

Study on the influence of water temperature and the temperature&humidity of testing environment on spray rating of fabric

分析了水温和环境的温湿度对三大类防水织物泼水性能的影响。结果表明:水温对织物的泼水评级结果有一定的影响;当测试水温低于18℃时,所得织物的泼水结果比标准水温下的泼水结果至少相差0.5级;测试环境的温湿度对泼水结果的影响较小。这一结论可为工厂进行产品内部质量控制提供一定的研究基础和数据依托。

The influence of water temperature,environment temperature and humidity on spray rating of three kinds of fabrics was analyzed.The results show that water temperature has a certain influence on the rating results.When the testing water temperature is lower than 18℃,the spray rating result is at least 0.5 grade different from the spray rating result under the standard water temperature.The temperature and humidity of the test environment have little influence on the results of spray rating.This conclusion can provide a certain research basis and data support for the internal quality control of the factory.
