基于城市记忆的大连东关街历史街区活化再生理论研究

Research on the Theory of Activation and Regeneration of Dalian Dongguan Street Historic District Based on Urban Memory

为了深入研究中国传统历史街区的修缮及再生,本文以大连东关街历史街区遗址为主要研究对象,对东关街历史地段进行规划改造设计。基于大连的城市记忆,对大连东关街历史街区进行活化再生理论研究。剖析历史遗产废弃地改造设计概念,详细研究历史空间活化再生设计相关理论。20世纪初遗留下来的日式及俄式建筑风貌,是东关街历史地段的最大特点之一,本文以历史文化为精髓,将东关街的独特价值得以完整展现,实现弘扬传统文化和现代城市机能的有机交汇,构建融历史体验、文化交流、生活休闲为一体的历史文化街区综合体。

In order to deeply study the renovation and regeneration of Chinese traditional historical blocks,this paper takes the ruins of Dongguan Street historical block in Dalian as the main research object,carries out the planning and reconstruction design of the historical section of Dongguan Street,and studies the theory of activation and regeneration of Dalian Dongguan Street Historical Block based on the urban memory of Dalian.This paper analyzes the concept of reconstruction design of historical heritage wasteland,and studies the related theories of activation and regeneration design of historical space in detail.The Japanese and Russian architectural styles left at the beginning of last century are one of the greatest characteristics of the historical area of Dongguan Street.Taking history and culture as the essence,the unique value of Dongguan Street can be fully displayed,and the organic integration of traditional culture and modern urban function can be realized so as to build a historical and cultural block complex integrating historical experience,cultural exchange,life and leisure.
