基于韧性理念的合肥国际湿地城市建设路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of Hefei International Wetland City Based on the Concept of Resilience

在灾害常态化的背景下,城市作为一个开放的复杂系统,所要面临的生态风险将不断增加。在这一背景下,韧性理念逐渐被引入城市生态安全领域。湿地作为城市生态安全系统的重要组成部分,其建设水平对提升城市韧性至关重要。本文在分析合肥市湿地资源概况的基础上,总结其在建设方面存在的问题,并在韧性理念的指导下,从政府管理、规划引领、生态修复和公共参与四个方面提出合肥国际湿地城市的建设路径,以期为合肥国际湿地城市建设提供助力,进而促进城市生态系统的健康发展。

Under the background of normalized disasters,as an open and complex system,cities are facing increasing ecological risks.In this context,the concept of“resilience”has been gradually introduced into the field of urban ecological security.As an important part of urban ecological security system,wetland construction is crucial for the improvement of urban resilience.Based on the analysis on wetland resources in Hefei,this paper summarizes the existing problems in its construction.Under the guidance of the concept of resilience,this paper proposes the construction path of Hefei International Wetland City from four aspects,including government management,planning guide,ecological restoration and public participation,in order to provide assistance for the construction of Hefei International Wetland City,and then promote the healthy development of the urban ecosystem.
