线上购物冲击下的商场设计策略--基于商场建筑课程设计的思考

The Design Strategy of the Shopping Mall under the Impact of Online Shopping--Based on the Thinking on the Course of Shopping Architectural Design

摘要 线上购物的发展使实体消费受到巨大冲击,作为实体消费主战场的商场应该如何应对线上购物带来的冲击,保持长久活力与吸引力是至关重要的问题。本文在分析了现阶段商业建筑的问题后,发现非营利功能的忽视是商场普遍存在的问题。商场保持活力的关键在于其应该具备“某种弹性”来应对未来消费模式带来的变化。本文试从研究动态空间及屈米的“事件空间”问题出发,从拉维莱特公园的点、线、面体系及城市设计的触媒理论中得到启示,尝试在商场中置入非营利功能的“点系统”来完善商场空间体系,并在“点系统”中融合游戏化概念和心流概念,以此来激活商场适应未来变化的应对能力。 The development of online shopping has greatly affected physical consumption,and as the main entity consumption market,it is crucial to take action to deal with the impact of the online shopping,and keep the vitality and attraction for a long time.After analyzing the current status of shopping malls,it is thought that the ignoring of nonprofit features is a common problem in the shopping malls.Having a certain flexibility to deal with ensuing kind of changes brought about by future consumption patterns is the key for the mall to keep its vitality.The paper studies the dynamic space and Tschumi’s event space,and then obtains inspiration from“point,line and plate”system of La Villette Park and“catalytic theory”.It tries to improve the shopping mall space system by placing the“point system”with nonprofit functions in the mall.The gamification theory and flow theory are integrated into the“point system”to activate the mall's ability to adapt to future changes.
