POE of Kunming Metro

我国POE相关研究始于20世纪80年代,旨在通过项目建成后对评价信息的收集和分析来发现问题,以促成社会标准的合理更新和针对项目的理性改进,发展至今已经被认为是一种可靠的调查模式,自这一方法开始进入研究人员视野,我国就有一批科研工作者从景观美学、人居环境、数学模型分析不同角度使用这种模式,有很强的现实指导意义。文章意图使用POE的相关研究方法对昆明地铁进行使用后评价分析,为将来可能的地铁设施改造更新提供参考。

POE began in the 1980s in China.It aims to find problems through the collection and analysis of evaluation information after the completion of the project,so as to promote the reasonable updating of social standards and the rational improvement of the project.So far,it has been considered as a reliable investigation mode.Since the 1980s,this method has entered the field of vision of researchers,and there have been a number of scientific researchers in China using the method from different aspects including landscape aesthetics,human settlements and mathematical model.It has a strong practical significance.The purpose of this paper is to use POE related research methods for post occupancy evaluation analysis of Kunming metro so as to provide a reference for the renovation and renewal of metro facilities in the future.
