党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕公正司法发表了一系列重要论述,深刻阐明公正司法的重大意义、根本保证、根本目标等重大理论和实践问题,为做好新时代司法工作指明了前进方向、提供了根本遵循。中国特色社会主义事业进入新发展阶段,司法工作面临新的发展形势、肩负新的时代重任。司法机关要全面学习贯彻习近平法治思想,深入领会和落实习近平总书记关于公正司法的重要论述精神,不断提高公正司法水平,努力让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of important discourses on fair justice,profoundly clarifying the significance,fundamental guarantee,and fundamental goals of fair justice,and other major theoretical and practical issues,indicating the way forward for judicial work in the new era. The direction and the fundamental followance have been provided. The socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development,and judicial work is facing a new development situation and shoulders a new era of important tasks. The judiciary should comprehensively study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,deeply understand and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on fair justice,continuously improve the level of fair justice,and strive to make the people feel fair and just in every judicial case.
