“创新廊坊”视域下高职院校应用型创新人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Application-oriented Innovative Talent in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Innovative Langfang

在加快建设“创新廊坊”新形势下,高职院校应用型创新人才的培养关乎到廊坊经济社会发展的质量与效益,具有划时代意义。本文对高职院校创新人才培养存在的问题进行分析,并提出了相应的对策,为廊坊高职院校培养创新型人才提供参考。高职教育要以立德树人为宗旨,构建校企协同的人才培养机制,建立多元化的创新人才培养体系,提升学生的创新能力,为廊坊经济社会发展培养高素质人才。

Under the new situation of accelerating the construction of"innovative Langfang",the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talent in higher vocational colleges is related to the quality and effi ciency of Langfang's economic and social development,which is of epoch-making signifi cance.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talent in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide reference for Langfang higher vocational colleges to cultivate innovative talent.The purpose of higher vocational education is to build a college-enterprise collaborative talent training mechanism,establish a diversified innovative talent training system,improve students'innovation ability,and cultivate high-quality talent for Langfang's economic and social development.
