摘要
高技术服务企业是我国科技发展的重要支撑力量,辽宁正处于从工业大省向科技强省转变的过程中,高技术服务企业的发展对辽宁举足轻重。本文基于价值共创理论,在分析辽宁高技术服务企业现状和问题的基础上,提出将顾客资源引入到高技术服务企业为顾客创造价值的过程中,通过顾客与企业共同合作,发挥顾客知识、社会和财务资源的效用,提升高科技服务企业的竞争力,为辽宁高技术服务企业发展提供有效的建议。
High-tech service enterprises are an important supporting force for the development of science and technology in China.Liaoning is transforming from a big industrial province to a strong science and technology province.The development of high-tech service enterprises plays an important role in Liaoning.Based on the value co-creation theory and present situation and problems of Liaoning’s high-tech service enterprises,this paper suggests introducing customer resources into the value creation process of high-tech service enterprises for customers.Through cooperation between customers and companies,the customers’knowledge resources,social resources and fi nancial resources will be exploited to enhance the competitiveness of high-tech service enterprises,and provide useful suggestions for the development of high-tech service enterprises in Liaoning.
