摘要
伴随着科技的快速发展,媒体显著地成为专业信息的重要收集者、传播者和处理者,媒体的监督也成为上市公司外部治理不可或缺的一部分。媒体监督对于上市公司外部治理具有重要作用,本文对近年来国内外媒体监督的研究文献进行综述,提出一个扩展的框架分析媒体监督对上市公司治理的传导机制,为未来的研究提出一些建议。
With the rapid development of science and technology,the media has signifi cantly become an important collector,disseminator and processor of professional information.Meanwhile,the supervision of the media has also become an indispensable part of the external governance of listed companies and plays an indispensable part of the external governance.This paper summarizes the research literature on media supervision at home and abroad in recent years,proposes an extended framework to analyze the transmission mechanism of media supervision on the governance of listed companies,and puts forward some directions for future research.
