生态学马克思主义对我国生态文明制度体系建设的启示

The Enlightenment of Ecological Marxism to the System Construction of Ecological Civilization in China

在自然资源短缺、环境污染、生态危机恶化等全球性生态问题日益严峻的背景下,生态文明建设问题受到人们广泛关注。生态学马克思主义是20世纪80年代兴起的一种西方马克思主义新形态,其以生态危机为研究核心,重点从技术层面、思想观念层面和制度层面对生态危机的成因进行剖析,最终落脚于对资本主义制度的深刻批判,并提出了当今生态危机的消解路径——建立生态社会主义的美好构想。党的十九届四中全会提出坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度,从制度层面对我国生态文明建设提出要求,即完善生态文明制度体系建设。生态社会主义对资本主义反生态性质的批判,对贯彻党关于生态文明建设的精神和落实党关于生态文明制度体系的要求具有重要的启示意义。

In the face of increasingly serious global ecological problems such as shortage of natural resources,environmental pollution and worsening ecological crisis,the construction of ecological civilization has been widely concerned by people.Ecological Marxism is a new development of contemporary western Marxism,treating the ecological crisis as its research core,and the causes of ecological crisis today can be analyzed from the focal aspects of technology,ideology and system,the final goal is to criticize the capitalist system in depth,and put forward the current ecological crisis resolution path in order to formulate a beautiful conception of ecological socialism.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee has proposed to adhere to and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and put forward the requirements for China’s current ecological civilization construction from the institutional level,that is,to improve the system construction of ecological civilization.The criticism of ecological socialism against the anti-ecological nature of capitalism has a significant enlightenment for us to carry out the spirit of our Party on the construction of ecological civilization and implement the requirements of our Party on the system of ecological civilization.
