Comparative Education from the Perspective of Human Community with a Shared Future:Advantages,Missions and Pathways

构建人类命运共同体不仅是中国共产党在新的历史时代维护世界和平与发展的政治主张,而且更是中国政府参与全球治理、促进各国合作共赢和繁荣发展的生动实践。比较教育学科因其跨文化性、国际性和应用性,在推动人类命运共同体构建中具有独特的优势。在构建人类命运共同体背景下,比较教育承担着加强教育理论创新、充分发挥公共外交功能、大力培养国际化人才、积极推动中国教育的国际传播等时代责任。为了更好地履行这些时代责任,比较教育应该进一步丰富研究目的,扩展研究对象,拓宽研究领域,创新研究方法。

Building a human community with a shared future is not only the political proposition of the Communist Party of China to safeguard world peace and development in the new historical era,but also a vivid practice by the Chinese government to participate in global governance and promote win-win cooperation,prosperity and development of all countries.Comparative education has its unique advantages in promoting such a community.In this context,comparative education should adhere to theoretical innovation,give full play to the function of public diplomacy,train international talents and promote the international dissemination of China’s educational experience.In order to fulfill these missions,comparative educators in China must enrich research purposes,expand research objects,broaden research fields and innovate research methods.
