党领导下的中国对全球教育治理的三大贡献 被引量:6

China’s Contributions to Global Educational Governance under the Leadership of Communist Party of China

摘要 2021年,中国共产党成立100周年,党领导中国大力发展教育事业,积极参与全球教育治理,作出了重要贡献。中国通过普及九年义务教育,率先兑现全民教育承诺,保障教育公平;通过城乡一体化,加强教师队伍建设等措施,提升教育质量,促进教育包容性发展,助力联合国可持续教育发展目标的实现。中国不断开拓教育交流与合作的范围,以"一带一路"倡议推动全球教育向前发展,与联合国教科文组织等国际组织保持密切合作,重塑世界教育治理的新格局。中国坚持以人民为中心,以政府为主导,平等尊重、合作共赢,努力建构人类命运共同体,为全球教育治理不断贡献新逻辑与新方案。 2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of Communist Party of China (CPC).CPC led China to vigorously develop education as well as actively participate in global educational governance and made important contributions.First,achieving the nine-year compulsory education and enhancing the quality of education:By making nine-year compulsory education universal,China has taken the lead in fulfilling its commitment to Education for All and ensuring educational equity;meanwhile,with integration of rural and urban education and professional development of teachers,China is trying its best to improve the quality of education as well as to promote inclusive education in China in order to make contribution forUnited Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4).Second,insisting on mutual exchange and learning:China continues to expand the scope of educational exchanges and cooperation,the "Belt and Road initiative" strategy promotes the development of global education.At the same time,China maintains close cooperation with UNESCO and other international organizations to reshape the pattern of world education.Third,building a win-win shared mechanism:China,insisting on putting people at the center and government as the leader,through equal respect and win-win cooperation,strives to build human community with a shared future and constantly contribute new logic and solutions to global educational governance.
