摘要
虽然通过20多年的大力发展,创业教育在日本已经初见成效,但创业教育对学术创业本身的推动却依然收效甚微。对此,作为国立大学的东京大学,在面临诸多困境和挑战的背景下,实现了创业教育培养模式的创新,并通过创业教育促进了创业型大学的转型。从培养模式来说,东京大学提出了"创业教育如同游泳"的独特教学理念,并进一步构建了一套覆盖创业全过程的课程和教育实践安排。从发展经验来说,东京大学非常重视校内外师资队伍和办学力量的充分整合,在发展过程中强调自身探索与对外学习的有效结合,并注重通过创业教育积极营造创业文化和校园氛围。
After more than 20 years,entrepreneurship education has achieved some positive results in Japan,while it been observed there is no significant effect on academic entrepreneurship.However,University of Tokyo is an anomaly.As a national university,it overcomes many challenges and build a successful cultivation model of entrepreneurship education and promote the institutional transition to entrepreneurial university.In terms of cultivation model,University of Tokyo proposes a new educational idea named "entrepreneurship education equals to swim",and further constructs a curricula and project system which is cover the whole entrepreneurial process.In terms of developing experience,University of Tokyo focuses on the integration of teaching team both internally and externally,develops curriculum by experiment and learning,and emphasis on cultivate entrepreneurial culture by entrepreneurship education.
