异麦芽糖酐铁和蔗糖铁对照研究的相关文献分析

Literature analysis on the comparision of Iron Isomaltanide and Iron Sucrose

目的探讨异麦芽糖酐铁和蔗糖铁对于缺铁性贫血患者的血红蛋白(Hb)水平、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度等主要疗效指标的改善程度和显效时间的差异,以及导致皮疹、过敏反应、胃肠道反应及低磷血症等常见不良反应的发生率差异。方法通过PubMed、Embase、Wiley Interscience及Springer Link等数据库检索异麦芽糖酐铁和蔗糖铁的临床对照研究,检索时间均为建库至2021年4月15日,将结果进行汇总分析。结果多项研究结果表明,异麦芽糖酐铁相较于蔗糖铁对于Hb水平的改善程度更优或非劣效性,对于铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度等其他疗效指标改善程度更优或非劣效性,且显效时间更快。结论异麦芽糖酐铁可单次大剂量给药,实现短时间补足铁需求量,适用于临床需要快速起效的情况,并减少给药方面的负担。

Objective To investigate the efficacy difference between Iron Isomaltoside and Iron Sucrose in terms of the improvement degree and the onset time of hematological responses,including hemoglobin(Hb)level,serum ferritin and trans⁃ferrin saturation improvements in patients with iron deficiency anemia;and to compare the safety profiles between the two drugs,including the incidence of adverse reactions such as rash,hypersensitivity,gastrointestinal disorders,and hypophospha⁃temia.Methods Analysis was upon the results of the clinical controlstudies of Iron Isomaltoside compared with Iron Sucrose re⁃viewed from the PubMed,Embase,Wiley Interscience,and Springer Link database,the retrieval time was from the establish⁃ment of the database to April 15,2021.Results Clinical trials showed that the improvement degree of Hb level was better or non inferior than that of sucrose iron,and the improvement degree of other therapeutic indexes such as ferritin and transferrin saturation was better or non inferior,and the time of development was faster.Conclusion Iron Isomaltoside is a high-dose fast-infusion medication,enabling rapid replenishment of iron need.It made available for clinical cases that need to take effect quickly and reduce the burden of administration.
