摘要 保障食品质量安全是食品生产企业的重要职责,介绍了食品企业质量安全管理部门的功能,以及做好食品质量安全管理的措施。食品企业要在政府、社会的监督和指导下,系统设计食品质量安全管理流程,控制每个环节的人、机、料、法、环,做好企业运营中的食品质量安全管理,保障消费者的饮食安全。 Ensuring food quality and safety is an important responsibility of food production enterprises.Functions of quality and safety management department in food enterprises and measures for food quality and safety management were introduced.Under supervision and guidance of government and society,food enterprises should systematically design food quality and safety management process,control people,machines,materials,methods and environment in each link and do good job in food quality and safety management in the operation of enterprises so as to ensure food safety of consumers.
