摘要
以浦东机场T3航站楼为例,介绍了浦东机场T3航站楼基坑开挖前,在水冲试验区对运土管线前端的出土方式,以及运土管线末端围区的泥浆分离技术进行的研究。首先计算了浦东机场深基坑开挖的总出土量,排布了对应的工期。其次对比了车辆运土、传送带运土和水冲管线3种运土方式,并研究了传统机械开挖和水冲开挖的各种组合。最后介绍了末端泥库的制作方法,探讨了泥浆分离技术和沉淀造土技术。
Taking T3 Terminal of Pudong Airport as an example,the excavating method at the front end of soil transporting pipeline in the water flushing test area before the excavation of foundation pit for T3 Terminal of Pudong Airport is introduced,and the mud separation technology in the terminal enclosing area of soil transporting pipeline is studied.Firstly,the total amount of excavation of the deep foundation pit of Pudong Airport is calculated,and the corresponding construction schedule is arranged.Secondly,three soil transporting methods of vehicle,conveyor belt and water flushing pipeline are compared,and various combinations of traditional mechanical excavation and water-flushing excavation are studied.Finally,the manufacturing method of the terminal mud reservoir is introduced,and the mud separation technology and soil sedimentation technology are discussed.
