摘要
预制构件一体化拆模起吊工艺可满足从浇筑、拆模、翻身到起吊的工艺要求,整合工序,实现一体化应用,提升生产与物流效率。为实现预制构件的翻转,避免传统形式下构件易碰损情况的发生,设计研究了一种便于拆模起吊的模具,该模具带有的定位销能确保浇筑时模具相对固定,限位装置则能保护模具,防止构件过度翻转与碰撞。
The integrated demoulding and hoisting technology of prefabricated component can meet the technological requirements from pouring,demoulding,turning over to hoisting,which can integrate the processes,realize the integrated application and improve the efficiencies of production and logistics.In order to realize the overturning of prefabricated component and prevent the components from easily damaged in the traditional form,a kind of mold convenient for demoulding and hoisting is designed and studied.This mold has the locating pin able to ensure that the mold is relatively fixed when pouring.The limit device can protect the mold and prevent the component from excessive overturning and collision.
