摘要 船舶零件理料路径规划主要是对零件分拣顺序的规划,针对目前船舶零件理料过程中效率较低、随意性强的问题,提出一种基于遗传算法的船舶零件理料路径规划方法。利用遗传算法,优化零件分拣顺序,缩短理料行程,进而提升理料效率。应用案例表明,算法能够对零件版图做出有效的理料规划,且随着理料需求的变化,能够做出相应的修正以保持算法自身的有效性。模型可解决船舶零件理料路径的设计问题。 Path planning of ship parts sorting is mainly to plan the sorting order of ship parts.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and strong arbitrariness in the process of ship parts sorting,a method of ship parts sorting path planning based on genetic algorithm is proposed.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the sorting order of parts,shorten the sorting trip and thus improve the sorting efficiency.The application case shows that the algorithm can make effective sorting plan for the parts layout,and with the change of sorting demand,it can also make corresponding modification to maintain the effectiveness of the algorithm.The model can solve the design problem of ship parts sorting path.
