基于约束RRT算法的船舶管路自动布置技术 被引量:3

摘要 船舶管路布置的路径受到工艺、规范、美观和习惯等多个约束,且管路布置是多解问题,路径选择具有一定的随机性。为此,提出基于多个约束的快速扩展随机树(RRT)算法,并应用于船舶管路布置。首先,对RRT算法增加随机采样点概率、随机采样点位置、路径点位置和特定路径探索方式约束优化,减少算法随机性和提高算法鲁棒性;其次,从管路与障碍物的距离、管路初始路径点数量、管路长度和管路方向进行约束优化;最终,在三维平台上实现船舶管路的自动布置应用,并取得良好效果。 The path of ship pipe routing is constrained by many factors such as craftsmanship,specification,beauty and habit.At the same time,pipe routing is also a multi-solution problem,and the path selection has a certain randomness.Therefore,a rapid expanding random tree(RRT)algorithm based on multiple constraints is proposed and applied to ship pipeline layout.Firstly,the probability of random sampling point,random sampling point location,path point location and specific path exploration method are added to RRT algorithm to reduce the randomness of the algorithm and improve the robustness of the algorithm.Secondly,the pipe path optimization is carried out by the distance between pipe and obstacle,the number of initial path points,the length of pipe and the direction of pipe.Finally,the automatic routing of ship pipe is realized on the 3 D platform,and good results are achieved.
