推拉结合的船舶分段智能车间高级排程方法

摘要 为实现流水线和工位按节拍生产且产能最大化,车间作业计划与实际生产要素相匹配,分析船舶分段智能车间的作业对象和工艺流程,建立以薄板平面分段流水线为主线和传统工位为支线的工效模型,通过推拉结合的方式,实现船舶分段智能车间高级排程,为车间执行层提供有效管控手段,最后以国内某船厂豪华客滚船分段制造流水线为对象,验证该方法的有效性。 In order to realize the production of assembly line and station according to the beat and maximize the production capacity,the workshop operation plan is matched with the actual production factors,the operation object and process flow of the ship segmented intelligent workshop are analyzed,and the work efficiency model with the sheet metal panel block assembly line as the main line and the traditional station as the branch line is established.By the way of the push-pull combination,the advanced scheduling of the shipbuilding block intelligent workshop is realized,which provides effective control means for the executive layer of the workshop.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by taking the block assembly line of luxury ro-ro passenger ships in a shipyard in China as an example.
