摘要
为研究大波陡条件下船首甲板上浪的上浪水流动以及上浪载荷特征,针对一艘浮式生产储油轮的简化船首模型进行了水槽试验。模型试验采用了固定安装的方式,试验工况为一系列不同波陡的5阶Stocks波和聚焦波,通过高速摄像仪和力传感器分别测量并记录不同工况下上浪水流动的详细过程以及砰击载荷情况。结果表明:大波陡条件下典型的"翻卷式"上浪伴有波浪变形、爬升、坍塌、破碎及砰击的现象,对甲板及垂直板产生了巨大的冲击载荷;甲板上浪载荷的峰值出现在甲板首部及垂直板底部附近,垂直板上冲击载荷的峰值出现在船体中线位置,上浪水在甲板上的流动存在明显的三维效应;干舷、浮态和波形参数等对上浪水流动和上浪载荷会产生重要影响。
To study the characteristics of the on-deck flow and the impact loads of green water under large wave steepness,experiments in a wave flume are conducted on a simplified Floating Production Storage and Offloading bow model.The model is fixed and a series of the 5 th Stokes waves and focused wave groups with varying wave steepness are designed as test wave conditions.High-speed cameras,force sensors are used to measure and record the detailed process of the on-deck flow and the impact loads under different wave conditions.The results show that,the typical process of wave plunging type green water behavior is accompanied by wave deformation,running-up,collapsing,breaking and slamming,which produces huge impact loads on the deck and vertical plate.The peak of impact load on the deck appears near the bow of the deck and the bottom of the vertical plate,and the peak of the impact load on the vertical plate appears at the centerline of the hull.The on-deck flow has obvious three-dimensional effects.Freeboard,floating state and wave parameters have important effects on the flow and loads.
