梅国强“一方多法”学术观点及临证运用举隅

Academic Thought of Professor MEI Guoqiang in “Multiple Use of Single Formula” and Its Clinical Application

"一方多法"是灵活运用经方时方,据证加减变化的用方思想;是指临证运用经方或时方时,谨守疾病主要病机,根据次要病机、病邪不同、部位差异而灵活临证加减,可演化成多种治法,进而用以治疗多种疾病。总结梅国强教授"一方多法"思想,即本经典原文,注重拓展;分病机主次,合用他方;辨病邪兼夹,灵活加减。以小陷胸汤、二妙汤、胶艾汤三方为代表,例举陷胸理气法、活血法、宣肺法,二妙止痛法、止痒法、解毒法,胶艾养血法、益气法、滋阴法、止血法的临证运用,以拓展临床灵活运用经方的思路。

"Multiple use of single formula"is reflected in the flexible use of classical and current formulas by modifying the compositions based on pattern differentiation.The use of classical and current formulas in the clinical practice should be in line with the main pathogenesis,and can be flexibly modified according to the secondary pathogenesis,different pathogens,and differences in location,thereby evolving into varied treatment methods which can be used for varied diseases.This paper summarized professor MEI Guoqiang′s thought on"multiple use of single formula",who advocates to follow the original of the classics and put focus on their expansion,to distinguish the main and secondary pathogenesis and combine with other prescriptions,and to distinguish pathogens,concurrent and complicated symptoms,and modify the compositions flexibly.The multiple use of three formulas,namely Xiaoxianxiong Decoction(小陷胸汤),Ermiao Decoction(二妙汤),and Jiaoai Decoction(胶艾汤),was taken as examples.Method of rectifying qi,invigorating blood,and diffusing the lung by Xianxiong Decoction,relieving pain method,relieving itching method and resolving toxins method by Ermiao Decoction,as well as nourishing blood method,boosting qi method and enriching yin method by Jiaoai Decoction have been used to expand the clinical application of classical formulas in a flexible way.
