温阳活血方联合依帕司他对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度及氧化-抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Wenyang Huoxue Decoction combined with epalrestat on nerve conduction velocity and oxidative-antioxidant function in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的观察温阳活血方联合依帕司他对糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)患者神经传导速度及氧化-抗氧化功能的影响。方法将我院110例DNP患者随机分为联合组与对照组各55例。联合组患者服用温阳活血方联合依帕司他治疗,对照组患者仅服用依帕司他治疗。比较两组血糖水平、中医症状评分、神经传导速度和氧化-抗氧化功能。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)与治疗前相比均下降且联合组FBG、HbA1C、2hPG低于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医症状评分与治疗前相比均下降,且联合组中医症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组正中神经运动神经传导速度(MCV)、腓总神经MCV、正中神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、腓总神经SCV与治疗前相比增加且联合组正中神经MCV、腓总神经MCV、正中神经SCV、腓总神经SCV高于对照组(P<0.05);两组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)与治疗前相比增高,铁蛋白(SF)、γ-氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、丙二醛(MDA)与治疗前相比下降,且联合组SOD、T-AOC高于对照组,SF、GGT、MDA低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳活血方联合依帕司他治疗能显著地改善DNP患者血糖水平、临床症状,提高神经传导速度,促进氧化-抗氧化功能的恢复。 Objective To observe the effect of Wenyang Huoxue Decoction combined with epalrestat on nerve conduction velocity and oxidation-antioxidant function in patients with diabetic neuropathy(DNP).Methods A total of 110 DNP patients were randomly divided into combination group and control group,with 55 cases each.Combination group took Wenyang Huoxue Decoction and epalrestat,and control group took epalrestat.The blood glucose level,TCM symptom score,nerve conduction velocity and oxidation-antioxidant function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 C),and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment;FBG,HbA1 C,2 hPG in combination group was lower than control group(P<0.05),the total score of TCM symptoms decreased in both groups compared to before treatment,and were lower in combination group than those in control group(P<0.05),the median nerve conduction velocity(MCV),common peroneal nerve MCV,median nerve conduction velocity(SCV),and common peroneal nerve SCV increased in both groups,and were lower in combination group than those in control group(P<0.05);the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) of both groups increased compared with before treatment,and ferritin(SF);γ-aminoacyltransferase peptidase(GGT) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were lower than before treatment;SOD and T-AOC in combination group were higher than those in control group,and SF,GGT and MDA in combination group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wenyang Huoxue Decoction and epalrestat can significantly improve the blood glucose level and clinical symptoms of DNP patients,increase the nerve conduction velocity,and promote the recovery of oxidation-antioxidant function.
