活血利水方联合厄贝沙坦对高血压肾病患者血压及炎性因子的影响

Effect of Huoxue Lishui Decoction combined with irbesartan on blood pressure and inflammatory factors in patients with hypertensive nephropathy

目的观察活血利水方联合厄贝沙坦对高血压肾病(HN)患者血压及炎性因子的影响。方法将我院104例HN患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各52例。治疗组服用活血利水方联合厄贝沙坦治疗对照组单用厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组总有效率及血压、肾功能、炎性因子水平。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血压均降低且治疗组血压降低程度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Cr)、尿微量清蛋白(mALB)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)和血β2-MG均降低且治疗组BUN、Cr、mALB、尿β2-MG和血β2-MG的降低程度均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)和高敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)均降低,且治疗组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和hs-CRP的降低程度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血利水方联合厄贝沙坦治疗能明显地降低HN患者的血压,改善肾功能,降低炎性因子的表达,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effects of Huoxue Lishui Decoction combined with irbesartan on blood pressure and inflammatory factors in patients with hypertensive nephropathy(HN).Methods A total of 104 HN patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 52 cases each.Treatment group took Huoxue Lishui Decoction and irbesartan,and control group took irbesartan.The total effective rate,blood pressure,renal function,and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the blood pressure of both groups decreased;the blood pressure decrease of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Cr),urine microalbumin(mALB),urine β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) and blood β2-MG decreased,the decrease of BUN,Cr,mALB,urine β2-MG,blood β2-MG in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8,high sensitivity-C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in both groups decreased,the decrease in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Lishui Decoction combined with irbesartan can significantly reduce blood pressure in patients with HN,improve renal function,and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,the curative effect was remarkable.
