摘要
随着环保要求越来越严厉,为了降低氮氧化物的排放,火力发电厂采用尿素热解法选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝工艺也越来越普遍,而热解炉尿素结晶会导致整个脱硝系统无法正常运行,以山西漳电大唐塔山发电公司#1机组脱硝热解炉尿素结晶为案例,分析了SCR尿素热解炉尿素结晶的原因,提出了在运行中有效治理结晶问题,希望对热解炉尿素结晶的现象进行有效预防和提供针对性的对策。
As environmental protection requirements become more and more stringent,in order to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides,the use of urea pyrolysis selective catalytic reduction(SCR)flue gas denitrification process in thermal power plants is becoming more and more common,and urea crystallization in the pyrolysis furnace will cause the entire denitrification system cannot operate normally.Taking Shanxi Zhangdian Datang Tashan Power Generation Company#1 unit denitration pyrolysis furnace urea crystallization as a case,the SCR urea pyrolysis furnace urea crystallization is analyzed,and the crystallization problem is effectively controlled during operation.Hope effectively prevent the phenomenon of urea crystallization in the pyrolysis furnace and provide targeted countermeasures.
