公安院校一流专业的特色发展,既要立足于专业建设的根本,又要着眼于专业建设的特色发展,聚焦公安行业和队伍建设的实际需求,以培养新时期复合型警务人才。在一流专业特色发展的路径上,我们应立足课程思政打造专业课的课程思政体系;紧跟公安工作变革,培养实战型警务人才;深化教育教学改革,优化课程教学设计;拓展校局合作渠道,优化协同育人途径;通过与国内政法院校实现学生互派等方式来为公安院校一流专业的特色发展铺平道路。我们也应该看到在公安院校一流专业特色发展进程中存在着一定阻力,如何做到扬长避短、因地制宜,在保留公安院校地方特色的基础上求变、创新、发挥主观能动性,同时又能积极为公安院校一流专业特色发展建言献策,是每一位公安院校教师应该深刻思考的问题。

The characteristic development of first-class specialty in police colleges and universities should not only base on the foundation of specialty construction,but also with a view to promoting the characteristic development of specialty construction,focus on the actual demands of public security industry and team building,and cultivate compound police talents in the new era.On the characteristic development path of first-class specialty,we should build a curriculum of ideological and political education system for professional courses based on the curriculum of ideological and political education,keep up with the reform of public security works,and cultivate practical police talents,deepen the reform of education and teaching,optimize the design of curriculum and teaching,expand the channels of school-bureau cooperation,and optimize the ways of collaborative education,pave the way for characteristic development of first-class specialty in police colleges and universities through exchange of students in domestic political science and law colleges and universities.We should also see that there are some obstacles in the development process from characteristic development of first-class specialty in police colleges and universities,how to enhance advantages and minimize disadvantages,according to local conditions,seeking change,innovation,and exerting subjective initiative based on retaining the local characteristics of police colleges and universities,at the same time,actively provide practical advice and suggestions for characteristic development of first-class specialty in police colleges and universities,every teacher of police colleges and universities need to think about these problems profoundly.
