老旧住区外部公共空间更新设计策略研究

Research on Renewal Design Strategy of External Public Space in Old Residential Quarters

由于城市的快速发展,老旧住区的外部公共空间逐渐衰退,不能满足当代居民的居住需求。交通、休憩、娱乐、停留等各个方面都存在问题,居民的生活上出现各种不便利的情况,居民生活受到极大的影响。文章主要以老旧住区的外部公共空间作为研究对象,结合居民需求,总结老旧住区存在的主要问题,从建筑学的角度研究适合老旧住区外部公共空间的更新策略。

Due to the rapid development of cities,the external public space in old residential areas in China declines gradually and can not meet the requirements of contemporary residents,and there are problems in transportation,rest,entertainment,stay and other aspects,which has caused great inconvenience to the residents,greatly affecting the residents'lives.Taking the external public space of the old residential areas as the research object,combined with the residential requirements,this paper summarized the main problems and puts forward the corresponding renewal strategies for the external public space in the old residential areas from the perspective of architecture.
