Local Practice and Innovation of Global Medical Development Trend--Chengdu Wanda UPMC International Hospital under the Concept of COE

结合高端国际医疗的特点,在充分分析综合医院基本医疗功能的基础上引入卓越中心理念,细化功能布局、交通体系、护理单元、疗愈环境,对预约制诊疗模式下的医疗流程进行转译设计,通过灵活、差异化的设计方式,因地制宜,探索国际诊疗理念和标准指导下的中国本土创新实践。

Combined with the characteristics of high-end international medical treatment,on the basis of fully analyzing the basic medical functions of general hospitals,the concept of center of excellence(COE)was introduced to refine the functional layout,transportation system,nursing unit and treatment environment,and the mode of appointment diagnosis and treatment was translated to medical process design.Through flexible and differentiated design methods,the paper explored the innovative practice in China under the guidance of international medical treatment concepts and standards.
