摘要
历史建筑的保护与更新作为城市化发展中面临的迫切问题,受到来自社会各界的广泛关注。在历史建筑保护与更新过程中,如何分辨及选取有价值的建筑设计要素,成为影响设计的重要方面。本文基于眼动仪技术,以青岛胶州路49号地块传统风貌建筑为例,进行实地调研和虚拟仿真实验,获取了30名受试者关注历史建筑立面时对于不同建筑要素的注视时长数据。通过分析对于建筑各立面观测的注视时间热点图,结合问卷调查,总结并提取出历史保护建筑立面的价值要素,提供历史建筑保护与更新策略依据,为城市化发展提供持续动力。
The protection and renewal of historical buildings is an urgent issue in the development of urbanization,and has received extensive attention from all sectors of society.In the process of preservation and renewal of historical buildings,how to distinguish and select valuable architectural design elements has become an important aspect that affects design.Based on the eye tracker technology,this paper takes the traditional style building of No.49 plot on Jiaozhou Road in Qingdao as an example,conducts field investigation and virtual simulation experiments,and obtains data on the gaze time of different architectural elements when 30 subjects pay attention to the historical building facade.By analyzing the gaze time heat map of each facade of the building,combined with the questionnaire survey,the paper summarizes and extracts the value elements of the historical protection building facade,provides basis for the protection and renewal strategy of historical building,and provides continuous impetus for urbanization development.
