Optimization Strategy for Structural Design Scheme of Middle and High Rise Structure Design

城市化进程的快速发展使得土地资源越来越珍贵,城市人口的巨大压力造成居民住宅压力逐年递增,为了提高土地资源利用率,降低城市居民住宅压力,需要不断发展中高层住宅。本文主要分析了中高层建筑住宅的设计特点、总结了设计环节当前的现状和存在的问题,并就此提出结构设计的优化方案,同时就具体案例给出详细的设计优化策略,以供参考。

The rapid development of urbanization process makes land resources more and more precious,and the great pressure of urban population causes residential pressure increasing year by year.In order to improve the utilization rate of land resources,and to reduce the pressure of urban residential,it is necessary to constantly develop high-rise residential buildings.This paper mainly analyzes the design characteristics of high-rise residential buildings,summarizes the situation and existing problems of the current design link,and puts forward the optimization scheme of structural design,and proposes detailed design optimization strategy for specific cases for reference.
