消防设计历来是超高层建筑设计中的核心内容,贯穿于设计的全过程。而随着国家公安部消防局“公消〔2018〕57号”文件的出台,250m以上超高层建筑消防设计的可靠性就显得更加重要。本文结合刚泰国际中心1号楼的设计过程,从消防难点、应对策略、主要措施等方面,探讨了250m以上超高层建筑的消防设计要点。

Fire protection design has always been the core content of super high-rise building design and it runs through the whole process of the design.With the publication of"Gongxiao(2018)No.57"document issued by the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security,the reliability of the fire protection design for super high-rise buildings above 250m becomes even more important.Based on the design process of No.1 Building of Gangtai International Center,the paper discusses the key points in the fire protection design for super high-rise buildings above 250m from the aspects of fighting difficulties,coping strategies and main measures.
