Tp-Te离散度在变异型心绞痛患者中的应用

Application of Tp-Te dispersion in patients with variant angina pectoris

目的探讨心电图ST段抬高Tp-Te离散度在变异型心绞痛患者恶性室性心律失常中的诊断价值。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月期间于本院诊治的68例单纯变异型心绞痛患者作对照组,另选取同期47例合并恶性室性心律失常的变异型心绞痛患者作为观察组。所有患者均进行心电图检查,比较两组心电图各参数,并绘制ROC分析心电图ST段抬高Tp-Te离散度在变异型心绞痛患者恶性室性心律失常中的诊断价值。结果观察组c QT、c QTd、c Tp-Te、c Tp-Ted、Tp-Te/QT、STE值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);绘制ROC曲线得到心电图的AUC,均>0.7,具有一定诊断价值。结论心电图ST段抬高c Tp-Ted在变异型心绞痛患者恶性室性心律失常中具有较高的诊断价值,可有效反映恶性室性心律失常的病理变化,为临床诊治提供更多客观依据。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ECG ST segment elevation Tp-Te dispersion in patients with variant angina pectoris with malignant ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 68 patients with simple variant angina pectoris treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and 47 patients with variant angina pectoris complicated with malignant ventricular arrhythmia were selected as the observation group.All patients were examined by ECG.The parameters of ECG were compared between the two groups,and ROC was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of ECG ST segment elevation Tp-Te dispersion in patients with variant angina pectoris with malignant ventricular arrhythmia.Results The values of cQT,c QTd,cTp-Te,c Tp-Ted,Tp-Te/QT and STE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the AUC of ECG obtained by drawing ROC curve was>0.7,which had certain diagnostic value.Conclusions ECG ST segment elevation CTP ED has high diagnostic value in patients with variant angina pectoris with malignant ventricular arrhythmia,which can effectively reflect the pathological changes of malignant ventricular arrhythmia and provide more objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
