The CPC’s Explorations into Educational Guidelines over the Past Century

2021年,中国共产党迎来百年华诞。一百年来,中国教育的发展离不开中国共产党教育方针的不断探索与完善,在大革命、土地革命、抗日战争、解放战争、社会主义革命与建设、改革开放、中国特色社会主义新时代等不同时期,党的教育方针经历了孕育、确立、发展、稳定、曲折、成熟、完善的演变历程。在探索过程中,坚持马克思主义的指导地位,不断推进马克思理论中国化,坚持党对教育工作的领导,在与时俱进中同中国教育实际相结合,坚持工具价值与人本价值的融合统一,推进人的全面发展,坚持实事求是,不断克服探索中的曲折与挑战。在中国特色社会主义新时代,要坚持守正创新,学习理解"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"的深刻内涵,做好党的教育方针宣传教育工作,贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,推进"五育并举",推动各级各类教育高质量发展。

The year 2021 witnessed the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Over the past century,the development of China’s education has been closely linked to the CPC’s unremitting exploration and improvement of its educational guidelines.In such periods as the Great Revolution,the Agrarian Revolution,the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the War of Liberation,the construction of socialism,the reform and opening up,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the CPC’s educational guidelines evolved from gestation,establishment,development,stability,tortuosity,and maturity to consummation.During the explorations,the CPC developed Sinicized Marxism under the leadership of Marxism,followed the CPC’s leadership in education,improved education based on China’s national situations while advancing with the times,promoted people’s all-round development by integrating education’s tool-based value and humanist value,and overcame tortuosities and challenges in a practical and realistic attitude.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must adhere to integrity and innovation,understand the profound connotations of"what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate them,and for whom to cultivate them,"strive to publicize the CPC’s educational guidelines,practice the fundamental task of molding high morals and cultivating talents based on people orientation,promote students’all-around development in morals,intelligence,sound constitution,aesthetics,and job skills,and push forward the high-quality development of education at all levels and of all kinds.
