Foregrounding is the basic concept of stylistics,which can be divided into qualitative foregrounding and quantitative foregrounding.The characteristics of the separation of news headlines in WeChat official accounts and their texts urgently require the media to adopt the foregrounding strategy and this dynamic and prominent variation provides a fitting point for the marginal research on literary pragmatics.Starting from the qualitative foregrounding strategy highlighted by micro-language supernormal collocation,this paper analyzes the special expression effects brought by the reference transfer foregrounding,the parody word formation foregrounding and the cognitive context assumption foregrounding,and reveals that the news headlines of WeChat official accounts can achieve the pragmatic purpose of promoting its wide spread by means of innovation-oriented,culture-oriented and emotion-driven functions.
