摘要
本文分析氮化处理对20MnCr5 HHA材料组织与性能的影响,判定其是否具有氮化的可行性。结果表明,20MnCr5HHA材料氮化后存在明显的白亮层,表面硬度和层深范围基本符合氮化的常规标准,脉状组织及脆性等级均合格,经过适当的工艺参数优化具备氮化处理的可行性。
The effect of nitriding treatment on the microstructure and properties of 20MnCr5HHA material is analyzed,and the feasibility of nitriding is determined.The results show that 20MnCr5HHA material has obvious white bright layer after nitriding process,the surface hardness and depth range basically reach the conventional standard of nitriding,and the grade of vein structure and brittleness are qualified.After appropriate optimization of process parameters,nitriding treatment for 20MnCr5HHA material is feasible.
