摘要
为研究不同石粉掺量下机制砂混凝土的工程力学性能,展开了0、3%、6%、9%和12%共5个不同石粉掺量下机制砂混凝土的强度试验,并增加天然砂混凝土试验组作为对比。试验结果表明:机制砂混凝土的力学性能随石粉掺量呈现出先增大后减小的变化规律,且石粉最优掺量为3%。研究成果为我国机制砂混凝土的配合比设计和推广使用提供了一定的指导作用。
In order to research the engineering mechanical properties of manufactured sand concrete with different dosage of stone powder, a series of strength tests of manufactured sand concrete are carried out which have five different dosages of stone powder of 0%, 3%, 6%, 9% and 12%. The natural sand concrete test group is added and compared.The test results show that the mechanical properties increase initially and decrease afterwards when the dosage of stone powder increasing, and the optimal dosage is 3%. This study will provide reference for similar design in China.
